New England Conservatory At New England Conservatory, Cristi serves as a vocal instructor in the College as a member of the Contemporary Improvisation Department, originally founded by Gunther Schuller and Ran Blake to explore crossroads between the worlds of Classical, World and Jazz music. Berklee College of Music Catt serves as a faculty member of the Professional Music Department at Berklee College of Music. She originally joined the faculty to teach Movement for Musicians classes but her role has grown to include the Private Studio Teacher Class, The Artist Entrepreneur and she mentors senior Capstone Projects. Catt previously taught at Merrimack College, designing a voice class based on her methodology, KINESTHETIC SINGER, offering private lessons and serving as the voice coach for numerous musical productions. She also taught at the Longy School of Music of Bard College and presents workshops and masterclasses throughout the United States and abroad including workshops in in Riga, Latvia, Sitka, Alaska and Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. |
